he sat next to me in commerce in yr 9... and he's indian. he's a very diligent student and he likes to know what he's getting wrong and right. good marks and such. he has been on the hockey team for school along with praween and what not hahaha...though they ddn't play many games xDD

Snails.

Ok. you know what people say about snails yeh? haha they be slow and steady and soooo macho..since they carry their house on their backs BUT little do you know...we have snail that is speedy and efficient!

we have termed him as "sei wore ow" which translates directly into "dead snail" but we really mean "SON OF A ... snail" hahaha what a funny way cantonese works...ANYWAYS.

i think the economic crisis has finally hit the snail population. just a question...have snails been eating YOUR mail? =/ because at my place it's like a war between us and the snail munching population! they be om nom noming all our mails >=( we tried being friendly at first since there wasn't many and like we use to take them off the mail and put it a long way away but then.it happened.

little known fact about snails. they are definitely part leb. coz this little snail insignificant snail called all it's homies and today we found like six snails all crawling on our mail >=OOOO . NOT COOL. i'm sorry to all but we had to kill them =(. they can't just eat all our bills and what not =/ a social order must be kept.

just a head's up guys...they be trying to take over the world...by first cutting off our ways of communication starting with the simplest...mail.

other than that...i'm up to 25 hours in driving :P hahaha i know it's not much but i drove everywhere today ^-^ parra...baulkham hills  and castle hills and then back home.

so hey!

well today i was feeling a bit more energetic xD if you could call it that. been on such a downhill run of cbfs and tiredness since the trip to china =='

as promised: in china...from wat i remember: (now i know i've cut out a lot but if it was any longer i dunno who would EVER read it =/)

5:00am sydney time- arrive at airport before everyone else. walked from one end of the terminal to the other D=

7:35am sydney time- TAKE OFF! whoosh with turbulence and then calm for the next nine hours

no idea wat time we arrived in HK airport. stood around for like an hour and then the plane took us to beijing

6:00pm beijing time- WIN. we arrived (and u guys were probably worried that i hadn't been on this plane?)
anyways we got there and we went to the redwall hotel? quite shoddy but live-able. erm...set up the internets. =D. because normally...hotels have like..double beds in one room not triple...we had to decide who slept in the makeshift one xD. sean drew short straw.

erm...5/10/10- forbidden city and the place across from it =) nuthing much happened there...erm bought ur postcards and took our tour guide's monkey on a stick (kevin ling was his name...the tour guide., not the monkey) PANDA HATS!

6/10/10- HELL YEH! DA GREAT BIG WALL OF CHINA! we climbed 50 degree slopes and very steep stairs...i have a picture of the stairs wen we were coming down and they just disappeared halfway. D= (lunch included ^^)

7/10/10- flew to ningbo on the dodgiest airline possible. turbulence and what not...i swear our pilot was drunk. you could see it in his eyes D= anyways...thankgod i was asleep for most of it because i ddn't sleep much the night before. everyone had green faces after that =/ we arrived at around 4:30pm ningbo time and ddn't really do much =/. drove to the hotel and it was pretty much dark and dinner time BUT BUT THERE WAS A WEDDING!!! soo cool ^^ posh-est hotel we went to by far =P

8/10/10- ningbo. congrats to you. two times the size of our school and two times the number of students D=. it be big. very very big. here's how big:

• their library looked like a miniature version of the white house and had three-four floors with an inbuilt elevator
• their canteen was four stories high though no elevator =/ (we ate the weirdest foods at lunch with the principal etc.) 
• they had two buildings for lodgings
• a full outdoor stadium (on the side were a few basketball courts and like a soccer field)
• a conference room
• and several other buildings that were very tall designated to arts/business etc.

and and

• a huge 3D map of the world in the middle of the school? or when you enter through the main gate with "NINGBO FOREIGN AFFAIRS SCHOOL" written on it
• and they were also building a gigantic fountain retreat or something =/

but i don't like the pple =(

9/10/10- outa school uniform! xDD where did we go on this day? o ryte...i think we went to a temple? yeh a few temples with victor and betty. now lemme put it this way. this victor had a srs case of underarm hair and i mean. CRAZEH. ==' and this betty well haha...very pretty. aged twenty four ;) and she gave out her email =P

HEY happy birthday to a lotta pple? =S especially mitch fung and ilona's bro...no wait that's tomorrow... xDD haha everyone ate together on this nite and we went to this erm...e-cafi? xDD funny yeh. anyways vincent ordered green love juice ;) and got a bit *nudge* xDD soo funny. 

CHOPSTICK story :P vincent was a bit tipsy i think and he went around collecting the things you keep chopsticks in xDD and he ended up with five. with these he put them on each finger on his right hand telling himself and everyone he was wolverine. then he sat there not doing much after eating staring around laughing occasionally and yeh...lemme tell you he was hilarious XD hahaha

10/10/10- flew to HK on china eastern AT 5:00AM IN THE MORNING (ningbo time) and it was sooooooo humid=='. to get up to our hotel (because the bus can't get up there, we pretty much had to drag our luggage up another 45 degree slope xP. but srsly. HK has the best aircon...ever

we ended up in mongkok that nite ;) for all u pple familiar with HK that's where the lady's markets are and sino centre. 

:Lady's Markets= bargain heaven. talked stuff down more than 50% >=D and that's my average ;) and we bought half the presents on this day too =P achievement unlocked: talked Tim Kerr's glasses from 120HKD down to 30HKD WIN!.

Sino Centre= like a cramped department store for men/boys =P there were games and shirts and what not...we bought lenny's shirt from here haha

11/10/10- half day HK tour...not sure wat we really ended up doing =/ we went back to mongkok by ourselves i think sometime later that day after the tour ended at 1pm (HK time)? xDD and we bought the rest of the presents =)

12/10/10- took a bus ride, then a ferry ride, then another bus ride to visit lantau monastery with the big buddha =) very sacred place *nod* and we had a vegetarian lunch...who knew it could b sooo tasteeeee! =O ^^ 

13/10/10- fly back to sydney

14/10/10- 7:15AM (sydney time) here i am!=D didya miss me guys? xDD
