You are walking through a field, and you find something to eat. It doesn't have bones, and it doesn't have meat. You pick it up and put it into your pocket. You take it home and put it on a shelf, but 3 day's later it walks away. What is it?

A man has to get a fox, a chicken, and a sack of corn across a river. He has a rowboat, and it can only carry him and one other thing. If the fox and the chicken are left together, the fox will eat the chicken. If the chicken and the corn is left together, the chicken will eat the corn. How does the man do it? 

An old man wanted to leave all of his money to one of his three sons, but he didn't know which one he should give it to. He gave each of them a few coins and told them to buy something that would be able to fill their living room. The first man bought straw, but there was not enough to fill the room. The second bought some sticks, but they still did not fill the room. The third man bought two things that filled the room, so he obtained his father's fortune. What were the two things that the man bought?

A king wants his daughter to marry the smartest of 3 extremely intelligent young princes, and so the king's wise men devised an intelligence test.

The princes are gathered into a room and seated, facing one another, and are shown 2 black hats and 3 white hats. They are blindfolded, and 1 hat is placed on each of their heads, with the remaining hats hidden in a different room.

The king tells them that the first prince to deduce the color of his hat without removing it or looking at it will marry his daughter. A wrong guess will mean death. The blindfolds are then removed.

You are one of the princes. You see 2 white hats on the other prince's heads. After some time you realize that the other prince's are unable to deduce the color of their hat, or are unwilling to guess. What colour is your hat?

Five pirates have obtained 100 gold coins and have to divide up the loot. The pirates are all extremely intelligent, treacherous and selfish (especially the captain).

The captain always proposes a distribution of the loot. All pirates vote on the proposal, and if half the crew or more go "Aye", the loot is divided as proposed, as no pirate would be willing to take on the captain without superior force on their side.

If the captain fails to obtain support of at least half his crew (which includes himself), he faces a mutiny, and all pirates will turn against him and make him walk the plank. The pirates start over again with the next senior pirate as captain.

What is the maximum number of coins the captain can keep without risking his life?

ok guys...here's just a thought...what i came up with when i was on the bus home sitting next to kevin liang...(must have been his brain power...he kinda transferred mathematical ideas into my head =s)

ANYWAYS...21/12/2012....world is meant to end ryte? i say no?...hmmm my argument really is that; if the world IS going to end it's going to end on the 31/11/2012 (first of december =/) BECAUSE...
you know how every year it's meant to be 365 days, 6 hours, 15 minutes etc etc...? well doing simple calculations and everything (this was on the bus ><') i came to a conclusion THAT although we have a leap year where it makes up the 4 x 6 hours we still have all that 15 minutes shizzle~
therefore if you work it out...it'd b that we lose about 24-25 hours every century and since we're in the 21st century we're kinda 20-21 days 'behind' schedule ....ryte?....hahaha in all this i have incorporated all that time shifting that goes on as the earth spins and crap but like if you think about it...we're 20-21 days behind time SOOO.....did the Mayan calender foresee this? =S

i'm probably wrong as usual but it made enough sense in my head to put it down xD

lol erm today...i got home from school...did NO study D= (sooo gonna fail ><''' eeeeeps) and then hmm...O RYTEEE I GO FOR A RUN IN THE RAIN!!!!!! (not in my uniform of course >.>) but yeh...felt kinda refreshing coz we had light rain and everything...but when i got back mum was home and she's like...HEY LOOK WHAT I GOT YOU! *holds out a toothbrush*

BUT OH HOHO...NOT ANY TOOTHBRUSH....A KID's TOOTHBRUSH><''''''' =(. with shrek on it. =(....aiyah...>.> but yeh so i start whinging to mum about it being a lil kid's toothbrush and all...but then...family frends came over (just after i had my shower so i was all dry and outa my stinky clothes).

you may not see how all this links up but it will ...just soldier on through my bad grandma and spelling. errr

so yeh...they havae this little 4 year old girl and she's quite cute....haha she's got like this typa hairdo going:
the third girl....cept the hair's not that tall...and it kinda looks like a teepee ><'' i can't describe but yeh...she's quite a cute lil kid...

i've gotten into this habit of brushing teeth after every meal so here i am...staring at this little toothbrush with shrek on it and I HAVE THAT GREEN SLIME COLGATE TOOTHPASTE AS WELL >=( and i take a deep breath and sigh ~...and then all of a sudden this lil girl was behind me...iunno why but yeh...so i'm brushing my teeth and she's playing with our water gun in the background and i look at myself in the mirror AND MAN DO I RESEMBLE SHREK. =O.....scariest thing ever. asian shrek stared back at me ><' and so yeh...i was mean and decided to ermm...not scare but play with the little girl (THAT CAME OUT BAD...BUT YOU KNOW WHAT I MEAN ><') AND I MADE HER LAUGH!....so i chased her all the way into the living room...where everyone was.

and yeh...that's what i did for the last thirty minutes before they left =/ not thirty...more like ten ><''' but yeh...i like the kid's toothbrush now =) AND BTW i swear it cleans ur teeth better than the normal size ones =)
