cut or tear?(with ref. to tumblr)

you know those excursion notes..do you tear or cut the place where it has that little scissor sign with the dotted line?=S...iunno i've been wondering since this morning coz i swear in my entire life i have never actually cut it the whole slip out with scissors before...the first time i brought home a note i remember getting my safety scissors out

and attempting to cut the stupid slip. Now you must understand i was in kindy and i did not have a very straight cut...AND THOSE STUPID SAFETY SCISSORS WERE RIGH HANDED...>=( so the blade slanted another way etc...so i ended up with like this jagged line that kinda ran diagonally to the dotted line...

and then my mum walks in and does that fold back and fold forward thing and makes a clean rip (of course it had funny edges afterwards but yeh...

so i...don't think i ever actually used scissors to cut the thing XD

hmm is there a due date for our school fees?
