Hey when people use it on msn does 'nm' mean 'nevermind' or 'nothing much'? Or both?

I get confused. Especially when people go 'nm nm' D=

In my case, 'nm' means nothing much. After coming home from lunch with friends I've been packing for most of the day so yeh...boring day for meee~ Shouldn't have blogged but I was just so bored.
